It was soooo hard to get up this morning!! My eyes would hardly open!!
However, I was determined not to quit, come way too far now..
Really pleased as I done the lap plus a few more metres, so progress on yesterday..
Not gonna lie, I run in loads of pain!!
I warm up properly, drink more water, spray on muscle stuff..think it’s just overuse, only 8 more jogs to go then a couple of days of rest then aiming to run 3-4 times a week and build on the distance.
