Day 20 of 30 days of Running (Bucket List) -DONE!

I done it!! I achieved my goal of being able to run round the field non-stop!

Oooo I hurt though!

The pain must have been on my face as one lovely bloke was walking past on the pavement as I was approaching it and said ‘you’re doing well, keep going love’ I don’t know who he was, but I was struggling at that point but he spurred me to get to that damn poo bin where I started!!!

I kinda feel like a runner…. Like I’ve earned my stripes (well, a little bit)

Still having problems with my calves etc. but I’m making a conscious effort to stretch them throughout the day now, I’m making sure I drink more water etc too.

Not gonna lie, it feels great to achieve your goal, took 20 sessions to do it (and 5-6 cramp sessions in there when I felt like giving up) but I did it!!

Yesssssss!!!! 👍🏃🏃🏃🏃🏃
