Day 17 of 30 Days of Running – done!

I REALLY didn’t want to get out of bed this morning, like I REALLY didn’t want to. I had a to set my alarm a bit earlier as I have a meeting.

I’m starting to feel really tired now, legs feel tired, but that’s because it takes a lot of effort for me to run, I’m not a natural runner.

I worked on speed today, so did something a bit different. Unfortunately, my calf muscles were killing me though and then I have to walk on tip toes for 5-10mins – ouch!

I’m going to try and have a lay-in tomorrow, not set the alarm and come out and do a good run, I’m determined to get nearer that full lap!
